| Comments | When trying to review this book, I actually found myself feeling slightly embaressed ^_^; I had bought it from a recommendation on Stuart’s Review site. That & the fact that I saw it on sale on Amazon Japan’s website… but you know, it was well worth it. The artbook is gorgeous. Looking at it most would probably wonder why it’s so expensive. It’s small in size (187 x 217mm) but comes presented in a soft velvety dark red hard back cover, with a plastic wrap around over this to stop the velvet plush from getting dirty. The print quality is excellent on thick stock paper which shows off Takada’s artwork well. As for the artwork? Page after page of images of Madoka from Kimagure Orange Road. Lovely & lush, some risque & many fun. The highlight for me is Madoka as a mermaid (I love mermaids!) I ashamedly admit that it’s this artbook thats got me interested in Akemi Takada’s style! A must buy for anyone, even if you’re not a great fan of KOR!
