| Comments | This was one of those “Ooh pretty cover… BUY IT!” books… and thankfully I wasn’t dissapointed when I finally received it ^_^; As the cover suggests, the content is soft-core… not quite ecchi, but definitely enough to make you believe that the characters are from games… which they are! Princess of Darkness, Blade Maker and Luna Wing to be exact. Despite the fact that the art is a bit naughty, I really do like the Souichi Aoyama’s style. While his girls may have big bosoms, it’s all in proportion to the rest of their bodies (it’s not ridiculous looking, lets put it that way!) The book is full of women in swimsuits, bikinis, short (short) skirts and other forms of clothing that leave nothing to the imagination on the woman’s ‘form.’ The sketches that come with some of these illustrations highlight the detail Aoyama puts into the work. As a game artbook, as a soft-core artbook, this is one of the good ones I’ve seen around. There are very few “game” images and no gaming information at all, which is a huge plus in my opinion. |
