Comments This book was published simultaneously with the final volume of Rumiko Takahashi’s famous RANMA 1/2 series. After 9 years, it was finally coming to an end, and this book contains colour artwork from all 38 volumes, as well as manga moments highlighted by Takahashi herself.
The book is seperated into four main sections:
(sourced from Mark L. Johnson’s review for Ex.Org)

Ranma to Ranma (Ranma male and Ranma female) deals with things like Ranma’s curse, family, daily schedule, plus a few special moments (complete with rating guide).

Minna Oshugou (The Big Gathering of Everybody) contains a selection of best scenes from all the characters and a quick look at some antagonists.

Subete wa Kakutou (The Fight is Everything) includes the conflicts, battles, special techniques, and cunning plans that drive most of the stories of Ranma 1/2.

Koisuru Otome Tachi (The Maidens Who Fall in Love) summarizes all the plots covered in the manga and the love/hate trianlge/polygons between the involved characters, listing where they can be found.

With so many artbooks released for this series, if there was one artbook to get, it would be this one. It contains a large amount of colour artwork and enough information to satisfy the fan. Images of all the main characters can be found here.
FYI I believe this book was translated into English and printed by VIZ as The Art of RANMA 1/2. If you’re having trouble getting this artbook, get the VIZ version (may work out to be cheaper, and if you can’t read Japanese, you’ll be able to understand the commentary.)
