My fingers are numb from the cold and I’m beginning to wonder if I’ll ever warm up again.
This is more a test post. Several things:
I need to go buy food (nothing in the fridge or pantry!) but once I get back, will start with the least fun part of this whole endevour, re-creating all the image galleries ~_~
p.s. People, get a gravatar assigned to your email address! It’s free and allows you to post with your own personalised image on every site that supports OpenID (i.e. lots of blogs, news sites etc.)
If I look at the page properties, I can see the favicon, but Firefox 3.0.10 on Intel Mac is stubbornly refusing to update the favicon on your bookmark (and URL entry field). I’ve seen this behavior before – it seems to take a while before it kicks in (in Firefox). Sometimes viewing the favicon via direct URL makes it kick in for me, but not this time. If I hadn’t already visited the site it would appear for me though.
It was reasonably warm here today – about 18oC, which is about as good as can be expected for early spring. Tomorrow it is supposed to be 22oC with thunderstorms (yay!).
Why so cold? You need something to warm you up.
Hmmm, no favicon here. I’m using GoogleChrome though ^_^
@height8
Hrrmmm thanks. I guess I am going to hope that eventually it will correct itself somehow. It’s weird, I can see it in Opera, just not my install of Firefox. Two other friends can see it on Firefox though. Bah. Nice to have, if it’s there for people, good, if not, won’t kill me.
I’m drinking way too much tea
@Flynn
Well ain’t you a fancy schmancy pants
I am not going Chrome til they get all the finnicky issues I have with it sorted.
@Zeb Thanks for the gravatar info.
Favicon still AWOL.
@height8
And the really frustrating thing? It’s working fine on Firefox on my netbook. Bah.
@Zeb The favicon has now appeared.
Favicon icon working in Opera!
Oh, and too much tea? Never!
@height8
Yup, a day late, but it showed up, thats the important thing!
@Lesserbeing
Oh trust me, there is a point where even I can get all tea-ed out
I had coffee yesterday, unheard of!
