Busy Stitchy Bee

Been busy today going through my cross stitch stash; basically all the cross stitch related things I own. I never realised just how many there were either.
I work on the idea that if I see a design I like, buy it if I can afford it and don’t leave it til too late, i.e. when it’s no longer available and impossible to find!
This does mean I have heaps to choose from too

Updated my stash list with all the new items, and created the first gallery for this site to show case my stash photos, which I will share now since this is a stash splash post too!
Latest stash are designs by Just Nan, Mirabilia and Little House Needleworks.

The two Mirabilia fairy kits have a bit of history. I initially ordered them at one online store, but because I never received any confirmation via email that the order was placed, and nothing was showing on my card, a week later I went ahead and ordered them via another online store.

Guess what happened? A parcel yesterday arrived from the first store, with the two kits! This was several days after they had shipped from the second store, argh!
Oh well, suppose I can sell them on TradeMe.

There are heaps more things coming through that I am waiting on, but hey, that means more photos for you to enjoy!

p.s. I desperately need to get my new camera. These photos were taken with my dad’s and I am not impressed.
