The inner geek in me is wondering about the scale differences – how can the Enterprise NOT fall apart structurally when it’s this close to the planet (it was NEVER designed for landfall), how can the Death Star be this close and not cause tidal waves and other calamitous weather phenomena due to its own gravitation field affecting the planet, and how do you get a weapon that’s designed to destroy entire PLANETS to take out one single target on the surface of said planet and not cause collateral damage for several hundreds if not thousands of miles? It’d be like using an atomic bomb to swat a fly.
But then there’s another part of me that doesn’t care and thinks this is the most awesome thing in the world.

Similar thoughts went through my own head, but then I thought “Ah stuff it, COOL!!11!!!”
Sometimes you’re not supposed to take things seriously young man.
A site about the various interests, hobbies and opinions of a 30-something lady living in Auckland, New Zealand. You’ll find stuff about Japanese culture, crafts, photography, artbook reviews & cooking here. You’ll find very little about her personal & professional life. Some things aren’t meant to be told...
